As an enthusiastic leader at SAP for 15 years, I am driven to provide support and motivate others to achieve their goals and exceed expectations! I am currently the Chief Revenue Officer at SAP SuccessFactors where I ensure our customers' success, creating a sustainable revenue model that guarantees continued sales growth and execution globally for SuccessFactors. I am very passionate about Employee Experience and its criticality to a successful company. For me, it is important to make sure employees have the same amount of confidence in their leaders as leaders should have in their employee. Leadership trust motivates individuals which makes for an unstoppable team. Prior to becoming the CRO of SAP SuccessFactors, I served as the Global Managing Director of the Qualtrics SWAT Team. I was also the Vice President of the Strategic Customer Program in the UK and a UKI Board Member. During my SAP career, my primary focus has been on SAP’s most strategic customers in the US, the UK, and Globally. Prior to joining SAP, I held Sales Management positions with webMethods, Cisco Systems, and Oracle. I am a graduate of University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and my hobbies include hiking, cooking, and gardening. I also love travelling with my family which includes my husband, Dave, 4 children, 2 grandchildren and Hobbes, our mini Australian Shepherd!
