Passionate about solving meaningful problems and making people’s lives better with inclusive design, i'm advocating for human-centric approach in designing AI driven solutions. Having experience in designing for both voice and chat, I am currently in charge of customer experience and conversation design for SPIX industry, creating a new generation of voice assistants for fieldworkers in industrial sector.
