I have over 16 years in the energy industry. The first 15 were spent on the distribution side, in the field as a Lineman Apprentice, then 8 as a Distribution Dispatcher and the final 5 as a Shift Supervisor in the Distribution Control Center. The last year I have spent on a Agile project team as a Product Owner for the ADMS project we are deploying Enterprise wide.
