My mission is to help purpose-driven organizations achieve clarity, alignment, and measurable results that make the business case for change. I'm a seasoned Executive, Advisor, Entrepreneur, and Speaker, who thrives at the intersection of impact, innovation, and purpose. As a Strategic Advisor, I work with Boards, Founders, and Leadership teams, leveraging my expertise in strategy, technology, and human capital. My track record speaks for itself; I led a talented global team that won the coveted “Most Innovative Use of HR Technology” in 2017 and the ''Canadian HR Team of the Year'' award in 2018. As the host of ''Thinking Inside the Box'' podcast, I tackle the most complex issues related to work and culture. Speaking with guests from all walks of life, these discussions have earned us a global following of over 50,000, sharing my pragmatic, evidence-based approach, and vision for the future through my love of storytelling. I believe in the potential of immersive technologies. As one of the founding organizers of the ''Global HR Summit'' - the world's first enterprise conference presented in virtual reality, I helped bring together a 3-day event featuring 60 global speakers - in VR headsets - to an audience of over 800. I believe that immersive technologies enable digital transformation, bring us closer together, and make work more human. It’s why I'm currently consulting with organizations to help them bridge the gap between concept and application. BentoHR is a digital transformation consultancy that leverages our team’s expertise to help organizations, private equity, and venture capital firms identify and action their highest leverage digital transformation initiatives, with a particular emphasis on business analytics. I’m grateful for the opportunities that my professional journey has afforded me, including the chance to speak and attend events around the world, including in New York, São Paulo, Copenhagen, Toronto and London. My mission to accelerate impact efforts is deeply rooted in my support for mental health advocacy and women entrepreneurs.
