Served as the chief compliance officer for AB InBev, the world's largest brewer and leading consumer goods company. I specialize in taking disruptive technologies and integrating them into business med to drive positive change. I am dedicated to making compliance work within organizations and driving stakeholder value by promoting an ethical culture. I am an tech savvy attorney with expertise and Anti-Money Laundering, Economic Sanctions, Anti-corruption, Dispute Resolution, and Competition law. I also have experience resolving complex regulatory investigations and working with corporate compliance monitors and consent decrees across foreign corrupt practices, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions and anti-trust/competition laws. I am also an award-winning business leader and team builder with understands how to design and operationalize technology to influence behavior. I have a track record in taking cutting edge approaches in data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence to modernize how companies approach compliance risks. I currently have a position at Harvard Business School and teach at Sorbonne Law. I also have an advisory role with the OECD and regularly lecture on strategies to manage risks in emerging markets.
