I have recently joined a new in-house assessment team at Multiverse. We're designing new assessment methodologies to help modernise our admissions processes to promote meritocracy and fairness at scale. This will ultimately help drive our mission of distributing opportunity more equally among society. My previous background is in psychometric consultancy, helping organisations use assessment tools effectively, helping them get the most out of their people. My track record includes working with companies of every shape and size (From household name companies such as the big 4 accountancy firms, global pharma and global tech businesses through to small and medium enterprises) to deliver a range of different solutions. These span from scaled-up highly automated technology solutions in recruitment to high-touch consultancy led solutions in leadership development. More broadly I'm a proponent Psychology and the value it brings to the world...Understanding human behaviour and its impact is my passion. My overall goal in life is to use this understanding to impact the world for the better.
