With a broad base of professional experience ranging from investment banking to municipal economic development and consulting, I advise clients looking to solve complex, large-scale commercial real estate, development and financial challenges. I enjoy working closely with clients to gain an appreciation of their real estate ambitions and objectives and helping to make those a reality by providing development advisory, sophisticated financial analysis, orchestrating public-private arrangements, negotiating deals and managing transactions. My strengths are derived from the challenges and opportunities I've encountered working with and advising a diverse client base, from large municipal and higher education clients looking to transform their communities to smaller private companies growing towards an initial public offering.
