Here is what I do best: create a vision, sell that vision to others, and drive it to completion. Over the last 25 years, this ability has allowed me and my teams to deliver significant results in the healthcare construction industry. I am particularly proud of my achievements in the following areas: ► EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP: Currently, I hold responsibility for modular construction and prefabrication for Robins & Morton company-wide. I excel in setting the vision and strategic direction of organizations while overseeing day-to-day business development, project management, preconstruction and prefabrication functions. ► ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION: By introducing improved project management practices and new project management software – new estimating software, and most importantly a full fledged prefabrication facility employing more than 20 full time technicians - I revitalized a historically underperforming team. ► SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: I have successfully acquired new business, opened new markets, and captured strategic customer accounts. I've been instrumental in the exponential growth of healthcare construction teams in multiple markets and disciplines. In each instance, our team has grown revenue by more than 300%. ► PROJECT MANAGEMENT: One of my greatest strengths is orchestrating the full life cycle of multimillion-dollar construction projects, from concept to completion.
