I lead a team responsible for developing the Bank of England's new regulatory regime for systemic stablecoins and other payments innovations. I am a specialist in bank treasury management and prudential policy. I worked in the Group Treasury team at NatWest, and have held a number of roles at the BoE including developing bank capital and liquidity policy, EU withdrawal and financial market operations. I mentor with the Social Mobility Foundation and am a BAME ally at the BoE.
