Merit is an innovative company delivering Healthcare, Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing, laboratory, incubator, GMP, microelectronics and complex controlled environments using standardised designs and offsite manufacturing techniques. We also have standard designs for clean and dry rooms and Giga Factories. We have a full design capability in-house and our own manufacturing facility. Our projects can be delivered in as much as 75 percent less time when compared to traditional construction methods. We can deliver fitout and new build projects and the quality and flexibility is typically higher than is achieved with a traditional contracting approach. We are also more cost effective than traditional build. Our ability to deliver in super fast time has attracted great interest from companies applying to investors for funds. Our key focus is on accelerating time to beneficial use. Finally and very importantly our projects are all focused on meeting the best possible environmental and sustainability standards. For example we only want to deliver zero carbon emission buildings moving forward.
