I'm an innovation and sustainability lead at frog playing at the early stage of innovation. With almost a decade of experience and a PhD in Innovation Management from Swinburne University of Technology, I've been lucky to collaborate with organisations globally. I provided a broad range of consultative services at the intersection of design, innovation and strategy. I'm passionate about empowering teams with new tools, mindsets and approaches to co-design solutions which provide regeneratively to the Next Economy. Merging research and industry, I've developed the Innovation System Roadmap tool which integrates and enables anticipatory thinking in complex behavioural strategies to support strategic decision-making at the early stage of innovation management. I like to play with ideas that can give to others: In 2015 I've founded Frostscape, a project about exploring the worlds by ''slow travel''. The first adventure was a 28-days-800km hike across Iceland, solo and unsupported. This put me in a delicate spot to grow personally, to think in a holistically and for causality, to manage energy and resources, to embrace a leadership mindset, namely one that is able to balance uncertainties and certainties, to welcome discomfort, to anticipate possible challenges or emotional state, to eventually adopt a positive mindset, a strong self-awareness and problem-solving inclination. After Iceland, Nepal, Tasmania and USA followed. In 2020 I've started The Briefing.Today, a podcast which merges design, futures and innovation and brings together the three domains' strengths and weaknesses and cross-pollinate them.
