With over 21 years in the world of payments and 12 specialising in transit, I have developed a wealth of knowledge working with some of the largest retailers, transport operators, agencies/authorities and networks in the world. My experience in transit incorporates closed loop systems, cEMV and open loop payments (including private label) and Account Based Ticketing (ABT) schemes. Currently driving cutting edge payment technology to millions of commuters in major cities in EMEA & India, utilising technology such as MaaS, Mobility-on-Demand, blockchain, ApplePay, GooglePay, Data & Analytics, ITS and RTPI. As an experienced Directorate level BD leader, I have created and delivered sales pipelines with values into the €billions and created multi-continent strategies, all whilst delivering exemplar customer service and C-level engagement within some of the world's largest organisations. Most importantly, I have delivered growth and profit, whilst driving a culture of fun and high performance in a Pan-Continental team, using my decades of experience working for global and Pan-Euro businesses to navigate and accommodate cultural nuances.
