As a TEDx speaker with over 1M views and as Chief Joy Officer at Loylogic, Max's mission is to create a world of work where people wake up on a Monday morning and can't wait to go back to work to make a difference. As co-founder of Motivators@Work, the company's contribution to this mission is by bringing people together to connect, build trust and co-create a brighter future. Having worked with over a hundred organisations, from Start Ups in Berlin to Multinationals in Boston, Max brings a passion and understanding of how to get the best from teams from various settings.

Max calls upon his diverse path and range of experiences. Starting with a PhD in Chemistry, he then worked for 15 years' as a business leader in retail/marketing and has since been a leadership team coach for almost a decade now. Having lived in London, Zürich and Hamburg as well as having worked in over 20 countries, he brings a knowledge of intercultural sensitivities in today's global world.
