I am a Partner at McKinsey & Company and leader of our financial services (banking, payments, fintech) work across West Africa. I have worked extensively across West, North, South and East Africa serving private, public and social sector financial services clients on a number of topics including growth and large scale transformations My areas of expertise include: corporate strategy, data transformation, organization design, corporate finance, digital marketing and commercial due diligence I am passionate about inclusion - gender and financial inclusion and the role digital technology will play in creating solutions that can drive equity.
