Leading our strategy for Google for Startups in Germany and our diversity and inclusion efforts globally to help founders and entrepreneurs launch and grow the next generation of innovative companies. Prior to joining Google for Startups, I worked for Google in various countries and areas. I spent 3 years in Silicon Valley, working with Google.org to oversee Google's global philanthropic programs focusing on crisis response and disaster relief. Originally, I have a background in brand strategy, innovation management and social entrepreneurship and studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin and the Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London.
