I’ve always wanted to be part of something bigger. Inspired by my father and how he used medicine as a purpose, I studied Biotechnology and decided to make use of my knowledge to change how people produce and consume foods for a sustainable future. At Mushlabs, we believe that everyone, whether wealthy or poor, close or far, at peace or in conflict, should have access to sustainable, nutritious food. Our team works tirelessly for this cause. With the help of the fungal kingdom, we grow and harvest Mushroom mycelium - the under the radar realm that exists everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It is able to survive without soil or sunlight all the while recycling matter around it, creating something extraordinary out of nothing.
