Meera Raikundalia is the Co-founder and Head of Partnerships at BYP Network, a platform that connects Black professionals to each other and corporations. She is a BSc Economics graduate of Cardiff University and a New Entrepreneurs Foundation Alum with over 8 years experience in B2B sales & partnerships management, and over 5 years experience in the D&I space. Her motivation for joining BYP Network as co-founder, was seeing first hand how the conversation around race, and specifically Black talent was excluded from most D&I agendas. She prides herself in being an ally for the Black community and all underrepresented groups, and it is what prompted her to dedicate her life to creating equal opportunities for all. BYP has now grown to 60,000 members and over 600 corporate clients including Facebook, DAZN and Farfetch. Over 6,000 of their members have been up-skilled through mentorship, thought-leadership events and industry specific insight with all members boasting an enhanced network. Meera leads the partnerships team that has grown sales revenue by 400%+ over the last year itself. Her personal mission is to grow a world-class sales team etched in purpose and profit.
