Interested in connecting with start-ups to drive innovation in M&S - If you have a great idea get in touch! After graduating with Distinction in MSc Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship from Newcastle University, I moved to London and joined Marks and Spencer as an Enterprise Graduate. My achievements so far include: - Program managing the relaunch of the Sparks loyalty scheme which, since launching in April, has seen an additional 500k customer sign-ups. - Managing the online launch of a new range of garden products to meet changing customer needs due to Covid-19. - Set up a weekly business-wide newsletter showcasing the developments, achievements and trade results of M&S.com teams. - Planning and executing a week long immersion for students of the Karta Initiative, a charity that empowers exceptional young people to make global change.
