Melinda is founder and CEO of Body Collective Group (Baby2body) the award winning, wellness company for women. Melinda was the UKBAA High Growth Founder of the year 2019-2020, and has won numerous accolades and awards for entrepreneurship. Melinda is a NED for Team GB Snowsport, bringing her passion for Sport, performance and technology to Team GB, and for THE ICE LIST, a global network of tech founders and investors. She is a Sports and Exercise Psychologist, author and innovator, passionate about wellness, and optimising both health and performance through technology. Melinda founded Body Collective in 2016 and has created a global business helping millions of women all over the world to live healthier and happier lives. Melinda has devoted her career to wellness, with a particular focus on women, she founded a boutique fitness company, wrote a bestselling book on wellness for DK publishers and is regular contributor in the media on all things sport, wellness and psychology. She has a proven track record of innovation, product and business development, in fitness, wellness and technology. Melinda is a serial entrepreneur having founded and then sold her first business before the age of 25. A Tech London Advocate, Melinda founded a competition for Health Tech Start-ups, and is an Innovation Tutor for executive education at London Business School. Melinda has led numerous digital projects as a consultant: developed a coaching platform for a wearable fitness device; developed a platform of products and services for people living with chronic diseases; designed the business cases for software programme for electronic health management and technology to detect heart and breathing rates. Melinda is passionate about the role that technology can play in helping the population to live healthier lives.
