Hello, this is Melissa Hall and thank you for reviewing my LinkedIn profile. My experience is in project management with a focus sales and marketing. Marketing: I have coordinated and organized fund raising events for non-profits and charities. Creating marketing & advertising materials as well as social media campaigns for those events (Youtube, Facebook & Instagram). Sales: I have implemented call centers for small - medium sized businesses. This entailed designing the cubicle setup, working with vendors to select the call-center technology used, managing and call center team and working on the calling script for the telemarketing sales associates.
