Bio
As a User Researcher, my primary goal is to reveal and emphasize the genuine experiences of users to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I identify research questions and craft studies utilizing diverse research techniques. My research toolkit comprises both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, observations, usability testing, diary studies, card sorts, secondary research (e.g. literature reviews), and surveys. Through my proficiency and knowledge, I provide invaluable insight to product development and design, ensuring that the user's needs are a central consideration in every decision.
