Currently part of the AIRINC EMEA senior team, focusing on cross border global mobility and compensation solutions. I have extensive experience in corporate in-house and consultancy environments and I'm currently responsible for proposing and delivering global mobility solutions across key strategic advisory and data implementation projects. Main countries of focus are UK, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Eastern Europe and the Middle East ( UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia) with regular travel to these locations. Most recently I have headed major projects involving global mobility programme and operating model redesign, benchmarking, data solutions, stakeholder engagement and policy stratification. I have operated within centralised and co- sourced models, managing many key vendor relationships and currently have functional leadership responsibility for direct reports and I also manage project teams as required. With a strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management, I'm also often invited to be key speaker at events and seminars across EMEA region on cross border mobility matters. While working in a corporate environment I managed global mobility programmes and completed many compensation and benefit projects in areas such as defined contribution and benefit pension plans, salary benchmarking, performance management, salary structure design, bonus and salary review processes.
