Founding, growing, and managing several startups of various sizes and growth trajectories is the hallmark of my over 25+ year career. Over the years, I have served as an influential, trusted advisor and collaborator who establishes strategic partnerships to the funding needed to scale operations and deliver business growth. I am passionate about leveraging leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to guide teams in solving problems head-on. Throughout my global entrepreneurial experience, I have focused on fostering a team culture rooted in innovative thinking, accountability, inclusion, and collaboration to drive results. Formerly, I served as the Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder of Symbridge, a company offering a regulated digital asset ecosystem for institutions and accredited investors. At Symbridge, I developed a product and service portfolio of digital asset tokenization, asset management, and asset-backed tokens, as well as sourcing capital in the private markets. Throughout the years, I have founded several high-growth startups. In 2019, I founded and currently serve as the Managing Partner at Twelve22 Capital Management LLC, where I established a venture fund focused on investing in Fintech and the digital economy. In 2006, I founded Triple Trunk Capital, LLC, and currently function as the Managing Partner providing business transformation, risk management, and strategic business consulting to global clients. In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about forming the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and global business leaders. I currently serve as an Adjunct Lecturer, Entrepreneurship at Columbia University. Also, I have participated as a Professor of Business Innovation & Negotiation in several summer programs at Columbia, Yale, University of Cambridge and Barnard College. Recently, I launched Ivy Entrepreneurs to expand Entrepreneurship education to a global audience of the next generation of Entrepreneurs and offer full need based scholarship to facilitate economic mobility.
