As the leader of the Utilities Practice at SAP North America – part of North America’s Regulated Industries team - I am responsible for driving team development, strategy, profitability, and customer success. I’ve held a variety of roles across at SAP over the last 20+ years, and they have helped me grow to truly understand how to effectively be a trusted advisor to our customers. Trusted advisership, to me, is about three key elements: service, partnership, and, over time, friendship. The ability to understand customers continually evolving needs and the ability to deliver consistent innovation can only happen with mutual respect and trust. The human element is the foundation of all great partnerships. Outside of work, I am an avid golfer, runner, reader, and enjoy spending time with my family. I love technology and am always interested in what’s coming next.
