People focussed and entrepreneurial leader with experience building high-performing organisations, creating diverse teams and inclusive cultures. My expertise lies in creating and leading go-to-market teams in the tech, internet and SaaS industry. I am currently responsible for leading the Global Sales teams in &Open - the world's first happiness platform. Previous leadership experience includes 3 years leading the EMEA Sales Org at MessageBird and several years at indeed.com, initially as part of the first sales team in Dublin and eventually building & leading numerous New Business & Growth sales teams in the UKI market. Outside of work - my time is spent with my family and friends, particularly my little boy Paddy and my love of all things sport!
