Bio

I am currently the Innovation and Development Manager heading up the Audio Visual Innovation and Enhancement team at City, University of London. I studied Computer Networks at University, followed by a brief stint with the NHS before joining City in IT Support. I have held several support and service management roles before changing focus to the development, design, and implementation of Audio Visual systems for the University. I have over 16 years’ experience of working in the Higher Education sector and enjoy finding innovative, cost effective and supportable solutions to enhance teaching and research activities. I am knowledgeable, collaborative and positive which has helped me successfully contribute to the delivery of several large estate projects as well as smaller ones requiring bespoke, specialised solutions.
