I'm the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at Evolv AI which enables our clients to continuously find better ways to connect with their customers using artificial intelligence and machine learning. I’m lucky to have over two decades of digital commerce and retail experience; this includes with leadership roles at some of the most well-known retailers including Sears Canada, Toys R Us, Staples and Best Buy. My experience spans all aspects of retail and numerous other industry verticals, as well as building and managing highly successful omni-channel and global e-commerce businesses. I am most excited about contributing to discussions about customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX), digital marketing, innovation, e-commerce, artificial intelligence (AI) and related topics.
