I.T. = Innovation + Transformation I'm one very lucky guy. Over the past 30 something years, my work has allowed me a behind the scenes look at many great IT projects and innovations in action. I've been involved with many launches of new system applications, websites and mobile apps, countless security initiatives, and some very powerful business innovations. I started my career in Information Technology industry with focuses on complex application development, database technologies and IT strategies. Then in 1995 I developed my first website and steered my career to eBusiness, Internet technology, web usability, computer security and Public Key Infrastructure technologies. In last 10 years, my works mostly involve in projects with cloud computing, digital technologies of media and loyalty businesses, blockchain platform, design thinking and job-to-be-done initiatives. Throughout all these years, I have designed, developed, delivered and managed systems across many Asian cities for Caltex, SingTel, A.S. Watsons, Hongkong International Terminal, HKSAR Government, Tradelink, Hutchison eCommerce, Priceline, HKICPA, Next Digital, Asia Miles, Cathay Pacific and now Google Cloud. As one of the Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong and Macau Chapter founding members, I am now serving the chapter as Past Chairman. In addition, I am also the Past President of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter, with focus in IT Governance, Auditing and Security. One teaches, two learn ... so I am one of the Google EYE Programme Startup Mentors since 2015 - to validate the startup ideas, improve pitching skills, implement the platform, craft the go-to-market strategy and fine-tune their business operations.
