I am a senior IT manager with several years of experience in leading both project delivery teams and IT competency centers. I successfully managed delivery of bespoke .Net\Java based solutions, as well as systems based on Dynamics CRM\365, Salesforce and SharePoint. I cooperated with customers from a variety of geographies (PL, UK, Germany, Denmark, US) and industries (financial services, telecommunication, manufacturing, educational institutions, public sector). Over the last few years, I have gained solid experience in running IT competency centers: value proposition & services portfolio definition, cooperation with go to market professionals, people management, team building, career path definition etc. I combine technical knowledge with business acumen and as a result I’m able to efficiently communicate and cooperate with both business and technical staff of all levels.
