A keen supporter of skills development and professional development my work has been focussing on the development and implementation of key employer policies for more than 20 years. I have experience in delivering consultancy services to employers and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. I am a customer focused and dynamic individual who achieves performance targets and goals set. I have developed leadership skills and qualities in my Senior Management roles. A passion for excelling in all that I do, I believe my communication, presentation and listening skills enable me to build high performing teams and deliver organisational objectives. Account managing employers and working with them to develop their workforces and engage in business improvement programmes. Delivered skills and economic planning within regeneration strategies across the Black Country to raise skills levels and develop local skills for local jobs. Achieving high levels of performance across the organisation through having vision, clarity of goals and being highly motivated Working across different industry sectors, with many stakeholders has developed my relationship management effectiveness. This has included Finance, Process Industries, Manufacturing, Food and Drink, Telecommunications. A team player, with management experience and having the ability to get the best out of the people that work alongside me. A leader in my field, I have been working in the public sector in Apprenticeships for the past four years.
