I've always been curious about how things move and work. From my days as a mechanical engineer and later as a corporate executive, I’ve found tremendous value in taking things apart and reconfiguring them in innovative, optimized ways. Throughout my career, whether leading a P&L, running a manufacturing operation, or growing a business from start-up to maturity, I've used that same curiosity and skill to deconstruct, examine the parts, test the functions, and put them back together. As a result, I've been able to transform under-performing organizations into highly successful ones, no matter the industry. I'm an authentic leader who doesn't need to steal the show — but I will make my voice heard with my own point of view. I have a passion for building high-performing teams and the kind of open and transparent culture that supports them. I work hard to develop each person on my team, some of whom have been with me in one way or another for over 10 years. As a corporate leader with a background in diverse industries and functions, I've experienced many aspects of businesses and their cycles. But each unique challenge demands the same outcome: to deliver its very best for the customer.
