With six years of expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning and a lifelong passion for the development of skills, creating clear career pathways to remove ambiguity is the ultimate ambition. Alongside the drive to promote transferable skills, understanding the link between Education and Industry is just the beginning. I am a firm advocate of continuous learning and during the last 12 months, demonstrated my capacity to complete two Masters degrees, gaining the standard of ‘Pass with Merit’ (2:1 equivalent) in both qualifications, whilst still working full-time. My interests are now focussed on learning Norwegian and SQL coding. Recent successful projects have seen me lead and oversee the strategic development of a core data model. Scenario planning was based upon a depth of understanding and new learning to ensure successful implementation of future workforce skills gap modelling.
