Led development of policy on full spectrum of financial services including pensions and insurance, asset management, lending markets, UK, EU and international regulation, and competition issues. Led policy work which established the scale of high profile misselling scandals such as personal pensions, mortgage endowments, PPI which resulted in long term regulatory reform and consumers obtaining £bns redress.
