Built from the ground up, an exceptionally talented engineering and manufacturing cable and connector organization in both the US, and China in less than 1 year. My passion is to impress our customers and stakeholders with well designed state of the art engineering. My focus is on managing the team with 55+ engineers whose diverse experience varies from co-op to principal engineer. My vision to create a high quality manufacturing facility where customer focus and quick turn vision is key to meeting the expectations of today's high tech companies was created in less than 9 months. Partnering with key technology leaders for our supply base is instrumental in being differentiated among the large players in the cable and connector business. I strive to grow the team and establish a culture where everyone learns, everyone teaches, and everyone delivers value to our customers. I play a strategic role in influencing and steering all the industry committees like PCIE, OIF, OCP, SAS, SATA, EDSFF, GenZ, USB, HDMI, OSFP, QSFP, SFF, SNIA, and QSFP-DD. I develop and instill engineering best practices and quality controls to achieve high quality designs and top-tier manufacturing equipment and processes. I lead the delicate balance of finance, manufacturing, quality and engineering teams in creating a focused timeline of development and a cost conscious budget for all of our products. Industry recognized signal integrity expert, and world leader in cable design engineering and reliability. Years of experience with computer hardware, server, storage, and cable and design. Built everything from high end servers to low end appliances. My designs run most of the fortune 500 companies businesses. Created from the ground up, the highest selling product at EMC. I have more than 30+ patents issued with 2+ patents pending. Worked with many different companies to improve their signal integrity experience by mentoring and teaching classes and improving their designs. I have mentored many young engineers into senior and principle engineers. I lead by example, in addition, I'm honest, confident, decisive, adaptive, innovative, and a prudent risk taker.
