I lead KPMG's #WeAllWantToPlay Diversity & Inclusion Initiative for the Gaming sector, using our research, contacts and expertise to work with regulators, other diversity initiatives and the industry to understand the business case for and barriers against diversity in board rooms, tech teams and the wider workplace.
