Implemented a new digital platform for the Re-mortgage business in 6 months leading to an increase of the channel contribution to the overall Bank’s income by 10x. Increased the number of high-performance Product Teams and new tech / cloud Engineers (20x) by driving the adoption of Agile / new ways of working and embedding a strong engineering culture in Santander UK.
