Prior to joining Indeed, I was an advisor within an industry I am incredibly passionate about - wellness and wellbeing, and I provided consulting services to the Hayo’u Method. Before consulting, I was the Customer Success Leader at Rungway, I managed teams for both Sales and Customer Success in addition to looking after the enterprise book of business. Previously, I was the first female leader to be on the Beamery Executive Leadership Team and managed a team of amazing Customer Success professionals. Prior to Beamery, I was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Uber implementing Uber for Business to help companies run and grow their business through Uber’s services. Before Uber, I was part of LinkedIn's Global Consulting Organisation, working with some of the largest global customers to successfully position their employer brand on LinkedIn and beyond. My high levels of integrity, agility, tenacity, and passion are what underpins everything I do. In addition to consulting on Customer Success, Employer Branding, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Professional & Personal Brand, I enable individuals to transform their lives through coaching. As of May 2018, I certified as a Change Management Practitioner (APMG). I am an active guest speaker at Universities, Careers Fairs, Diversity & Inclusion Panels, Women's Networking, International Women's Day Panelist, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Wellness & Mental Health in the Workplace, Customer Success, and Hospitality events.
