I'm rated as one of the world's leading telecoms / technology lawyers by all the various guides - including Chambers & Partners, which says ''[he] produces punchy and straightforward answers - he's direct and commercial, and gets to the point quickly''. I am the editor of the Communications Law Handbook by Bloomsbury Professional (http://tinyurl.com/commslawhandbook). My experience includes telecoms managed service deals, IPTV platform procurement, network management outsourcing, telecoms infrastructure sharing, wholesale / MVNO deals and software procurement (such as for telecoms OSS and billing software). I have a particular expertise in submarine cable law - having worked on more than 50 submarine cable projects, including one for which we won an African legal award. I have an extensive understanding of the IT and telecoms regulations. For example I advised the government of Croatia on the drafting of their telecoms legislation immediately prior to liberalisation.
