Having spent 20 years at Oracle I certainly have the ''been there seen that'' HR badge. Collecting data however, is not the most important process but that's what HR systems are typically focused on. It's what you do with it that counts, and that's where Visier comes in. Being about to visualise that data in a meaningful way has long been the remit of Business Intelligence systems, but long implementations and HR's poor standing in the company have often resulted in disappointing Workforce Analytics. That shouldn't and needn't be the case. The future is pure cloud, complete solution, question based, out of the box People Insights with the ability to tie that back to business value and help companies run more successful operations.
