History of independent analysis, creation and implementation of corporate standards of practice leading to successfully meeting corporate goals for both production and financial performance. Extensive experience in proposal preparation, serving as primary client contact on large-scale multi-year contracts and in the generation of new work for the firm. Received his Bachelor of Science degree while working part-time as a draftsman for a local surveying firm and working full-time as a field crew member and CAD draftsman over the summers. Served as lead Right of Way Mapper and Cad technician preparing Department of Transportation Right of Way Control Surveys, Right of Way Maps, Jurisdiction Line Surveys, transportation design surveys, legal descriptions and Boundary surveys. Served as the Surveyor in responsible charge for multi-crew private sector surveying departments as well as being the Lead Surveyor and Quality Assurance Manager for one the largest Right-of-Way mapping Departments providing consulting services to the Florida Department of Transportation. Served as the Vice President/Regional Manager and Surveyor in responsible charge for a multi-discipline Surveying and Engineering firm, providing production and financial (P&L) oversight of multiple branch office locations. Extensive experience in proposal preparation and presentation as well as serving as primary customer contact in support of the generation of new work for the firm. Coordinated and supervised all surveying efforts of a national geospatial imaging company while also creating policies/procedures to ensure all products met industry standards for production, accuracy and completeness.
