Miloš Lazić joined Indium Corporation in 2018 as a Technical Support Engineer .
In his current role Miloš oversee the day-to-day progress of the Stage-Gate process for product development of the Thermal interface materials, via timely and responsive communication with R&D, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Sales, Environmental, Purchasing, Finance, and customer contacts to ensure that the required work is executed and possible obstacles are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee all, and performs some, of the product characterization process of new products, benchmarked to the appropriate, competitive materials and internal standards
Plan and execute effective beta site testing of the new products, with direct customer contact
Create technical presentations for new products for use in beta site testing and for product commercial launch. Create other key technical content to support launch, including the following possible sales tools: product positioning statement versus leading Indium Corporation products as well as leading competitors' products; product value proposition; cost cost-of -ownership models, and compelling product performance comparison charts; etc.
Participate in marketing analysis to develop new product definitions as well as continual assessment of existing products position in marketplace
Understand any special cost implications of new products or manufacturing limitations and address appropriately
Develop proficiency in Indium Corporation products, markets and overall technology
Train global sales and technical service teams upon launch of new products
