I am a Data Lead, Tech Evangelist and Founder with a 6+ years track record in the tech industry. The business magazine Forbes has chosen me as honoree in their ''Forbes 30 Under 30'' list in the category Tech for the DACH region. I was recognized as LinkedIn Top Voice in the category ''Technology & Innovation'' as well as ''Diversity'' in 2022. Furthermore, Germany’s leading medium for the digital economy t3n described me as ''Digital Pioneer''. Currently I work as Lead Data Analytics and Tech Evangelist at Axel Springer, Europe's leading media and technology company. At the interface between tech and business I turn data into money by identifying use cases and taking a deep dive into data. I gathered my experience in Data Analytics in major corporations and high-tech start-ups, including idealo, DIE WELT, FUNKE Mediengruppe and crealytics. I strongly believe in positively transforming the tech industry by increasing diversity, equity and inclusion and incorporate AI ethics into the tech industry. This is why I founded Inclusive Tech, Europe's first lobby and consulting organization for Diversity in Tech and AI Ethics. Furthermore, I advised the Board of Axel Springer on Strategy and Innovation as Youth Council member. Before entering tech, I wrote articles for taz and received journalistic training (Deutsche Welle, Radio Bremen). My articles have been published in major media publications such as Business Punk and t3n. My expertise in community development has been gained as activist, work for a Renewable Energy organization in Tanzania and climate project in Egypt. In St. Petersburg and London I represented Germany at the official G8 & G20 Youth Summits. I am also an Heinrich Boell Foundation Alumna, Bertelsmann Ethics of AI Expert, SPIEGEL Fellowship Mentor and Google Women Techmaker. I've hold keynotes and seminars on topics such as Diversity in Tech, Data Analytics and AI Ethics for worldwide leading companies such as Google, Meta, SAP and Deutsche Telekom.
