I am on a mission! That’s to foster an innovation culture within my organisation, find innovative solutions to our clients’ changing needs/problems and build relationships with the fintech ecosystem. Developing a culture of innovation is not an easy game, but a challenge I accept. I've been successfully doing so, by putting the right innovation strategy in place; and developing the relevant innovation activities, engagement plan, frameworks, and cultivating the right behavior to help managers and employees identify new innovative ideas worth implementing. A client-centric approach to innovation is what I advocate for. By working closely with clients, deploying Design Thinking techniques, we can derive real insights about what our clients actually need to develop the right solutions for their problems. Building relationships and partnerships with the fintechs ecosystem (Startups, VCs, governments, Universities, FIs..) to identify cutting-edge technologies, accelerate new product offerings, and bring new growth opportunities, is another fun thing I currently do. In-addition to my innovation expertise, I am a skilled financial professional, with 12+ years of experience working in the financial industry across all the main financial hubs. I have a Masters in Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge. On my spare time, I host my own podcast, Lessons of Innovation which features conversations with the most interesting and intriguing innovators, academics, authors, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs. In each episode, my guests will share valuable tips and advice to help others succeed in their innovation journey. Highlights: ● Innovation Management ● Intrapreneur/Innovator ● Design Thinking ● Change Maker Mind-set ● Extensive Knowledge of Financial Markets ● Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
