Senior business executive with 27 years of experience in data sciences, AI / ML and digital capabilities in financial services and technology sectors across multiple APAC markets including India, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, China and Australia Proven track record of setting up and rapidly scaling profitable businesses from scratch to ~$200m, building teams and managing consistent growth rates of over 50% annually Expertise in the building, operating, and scaling of data sciences, Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning and Analytics Centers of excellence of up to 350 resources. Significant experience in building and executing data strategy across APAC Skilled at building and scaling an innovation portfolio ensuring organizational alignment and regional rollout resulting in over 15% of revenues from new products over the last few years Led and coached gender diverse, culturally mixed, and multigenerational teams of over 500 people to deliver high performance outcomes Experience in managing Board roles across the region working closely with investors and promoters.
