Dual qualified in the U.K. and New York, offering strategic, commercial and legal advice to energy and infrastructure sectors. I lead a global practice that focuses on project finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, SPACS, portfolio acquisitions, mobility and related matters for government and private clients in connection with energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and around the world. I have a background as a licensed civil engineer and an MBA, with substantial experience in construction, architecture/engineering, capital markets, public-private partnerships and privatization of infrastructure, commercial real estate, equipment finance and leasing, tax equity, asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture and all corporate transactional matters. I was recently appointed as an Ambassador for the Department of Energy- C3E. I serve on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Renewable Energy (ACORE) and ABANA. Also I am a regular contributor and commentator for Financial Times, CNN, POLITICO, Bloomberg Energy, FOX News,New York Times, The Washington Post, National Public Radio and USA Today, among others.
