It's all about having fun and satisfaction of yourself in front of daily business challenges and towards others... partnering others and challenging yourself to move on gives the real taste of life. Working with people and for people is my priority one. Privately, I discovered my passion in coaching others and would like to continue supporting people in believing in themselves and discovering their own potential and passion in their private and professional life. Having wide experience from IT Service Desk Management, through Operational Risk Control, MIS Analytics and Reporting to HR Operations Management and Business Management, I must say it is a real life mission to run the business effectively and keep on creating opportunities for others and yourself to grow and develop every single day. I also find working as a IDE Lead / Expert and designing and executing on inclusion focused projects for the firm extremely satisfying experience. I love my job and its impact making a world a better place for everybody day by day, step by step.
