I get things done! I am a project manager and facilitator with lots of energy, enthusiasm and ideas. For more than 14 years now I've worked in project & change management, communications, and events (also online). I can work in any environment and I have a vast experience in working with the middle-size, multicultural, multi-linguistic and geographically dispersed teams. I am a passionate, dedicated and goal-oriented. I am a professional who delivers high quality results on time and within the budget. Never afraid of facing challenges and embracing new opportunities, even under high pressure and high uncertainty. I know and use the set of high-value, participatory tools in my work: Net-Map method for stakeholder analysis and management of change, Project Cycle Management and log-frame approach for project development and implementation and scenario workshops as well as future workshop for strategic planning.
