Nabila has a wealth of leadership experience in professional services, tech recruitment and marketing, with a passion for ED&I. She is currently on the Board of Tenth Revolution Group, the parent company of Frank Recruitment Group, Revolent Group and Rebura. As Group President of Revolent, she is responsible for leading on the creation of cloud talent that can thrive in niche technology markets (specialising in Salesforce, AWS and Microsoft). Tenth Revolution Group is an award-winning, multi-brand specialist global technology business tackling the cloud skills gap by assigning and creating talent. The multiple trading brands focus on niche product-led markets exhibiting strong growth and supply shortages where they have become the undisputed brand leader. Nabila was recognised in Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 List 2019 and selected as Globant's Most Inspiring Executive UK in 2021. Under Nabila’s leadership, Revolent has won multiple awards including Diversity Employer of the Year at the Computing Women in Tech Excellence Awards for three consecutive years.
