As a risk manager, I worked on the automation of the VcV matrix used for the VaR calculation. In Product Control, one of my areas of focus was to work on the improvement of controls around P&L processes instruments pricing and yield curves constructions. By combining my experience in the financial sector and my academic background in AI, my main aim is to ensure that the AI solution chosen is adapted to the current need of the business model and company strategy. As an AI Scientist, my mission is to reach a wider audience providing insight on AI development, and help them build the right skills through initiatives such as the MI Competition and free training sessions which I run. As an expert, I am regularly invited to give talks and write articles in order to share my expertise in shaping the banking world of tomorrow. Some highlights were the 2019 Turing Lecture, United Nations talks on Smart Banking, several talks at Bloomberg on the future of Finance, and the Capital Markets Innovation Summit in London. I have been nominated in the 2020 Top Global 50 AI Ethics influencers. I am a member of committees of both national and international organisations.
