Bio

Naji is a hardware design and printed circuit board expert with more than twenty years in the electronics design industry. His roles and skills have included analog and digital board design, HDL programming, project and personnel management, relay technology, and PCB technology. He shares three patents on relay switch matrix design and co-authored a paper in 2021 for the Institute of Printed Circuits. In addition to his current role as manager of NI's PCB Design & Services organization, he is a ten-year member of NI's PCB Commodity Team where he helps manage business relationships and performs technical audits of supplier capability and performance. For the IPC, he is a member of the D-35 PCB Packaging and D-36 PCQR2 committees, and he currently chairs the D-13 Halogen-Free Materials committee.
